Krzysztof Penderecki conducting his tremendous masterpiece during his 70th birthday gala concert in thunderous acoustics of St. Jacek monastery in Warsaw's Old Town, Over 300 performers contributed to the success of this recording: an oversized symphony orchestra, 3 choirs, 5 soloists and 9-winds banda playing on a back gallery contributing to the 6.0 channel surround recording which utilizes the center back channel.
